Let it go

Did the poison ivy hate the tree that much, or did it just love it too much. Or worse. Was it completely ambivalent and only loved the sun, not even noticing the life that was slowly sacrificed and as it reached for what it could never have.

Sorry. I know, this was a sad one. So it goes.
